Absolutely love this book！ I’ve been listening to Alexis’s podcast for years and they have been helping me curb my anxiety issues。。。 when I heard about her book I had to rush out and grab it。 Did not disappoint。。。 hopefully Alexis continues writing more books as she has definitely helped me in life！
